Crews are building Bridge Park's first for-sale condominiums, NBC4 reported Aug. 11, marking a visible shift for a district that until now has offered only rental apartments.
The Ellis, an 89-unit, five-story building on J Block at Bridge Park Avenue and Dale Drive, will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units starting at about $400,000. Twenty percent of the condos are already under contract, with initial completions expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.
It is Crawford Hoying's sixth condo project at Bridge Park.
Tom Goecke, principal broker for Crawford Hoying's sales agency Address, said the layouts were shaped by buyer feedback and that the building offers a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. As we reported Aug. 3, pre-sales opened earlier this summer with about one in five units going under contract.
Broader site work on the 5.37-acre J Block began in November 2025 after Dublin's Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final development plan in July 2025. The Aug. 11 milestone marks the start of vertical construction on the condo building itself.
Amenities will include a resort-style pool deck with outdoor grills and fire bowls, a fitness center and dedicated resident parking on each level of a connected garage. Buyers can select finishes, including flooring, cabinetry, countertops and tile, from 15 styles through Crawford Hoying's design center.
J Block will also house more than 100,000 square feet of Class A office space, roughly 7,000 square feet of restaurant and retail, green space and walking trails. As we reported Aug. 5, Cenovus Energy will anchor the office building's third and fourth floors as part of its planned 2027 relocation to Dublin.
A large public art installation by Dublin resident Candy Chang will wrap the parking garage's facade. The piece, digitally printed on mesh panels, draws on the ancient Chinese text "I Ching" and will be visible to both pedestrians and passing vehicles, according to the NBC4 report.
A second condo building is planned for J Block, but COTA's park-and-ride lot currently occupies that portion of the site. Crawford Hoying filed a conditional use application (Case No. 26-044) on Aug. 6 to temporarily relocate the transit facility to 6620 Dale Drive. No hearing date has been set; the Planning and Zoning Commission's next meeting is Thursday, Aug. 20, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 5555 Perimeter Drive.
