Roughly one in five condos at The Ellis, Bridge Park's first for-sale residential building, are already under contract, developer Crawford Hoying announced July 29.
The 89-unit, five-story building on J Block marks a shift for the 30-acre district, which until now has offered only rental apartments. Prices start at $400,000 for one-, two-, and three-bedroom flat-style units, with initial completions slated for the fourth quarter of 2027.
That's a new option for Dublin buyers.
Construction on the 5.37-acre J Block site along Dale Drive and Bridge Park Avenue began in November 2025, according to NBC4. The July 29 update from Crawford Hoying confirmed the project is progressing and that buyers who act now can hand-select finishes through a design center, choosing countertops, flooring, cabinetry, and tile from 15 distinct styles.
Amenities will include a resort-style pool deck with outdoor grills and fire bowls, plus a fitness center. Each level of the connected parking garage will have dedicated resident parking. Tom Goecke, principal broker for Crawford Hoying's sales agency Address, called that "a significant advantage for buyers transitioning from larger homes" at the project's November 2025 groundbreaking.
More than condos on J Block
The Ellis is one piece of a larger mixed-use block.
J Block will also include a four-story commercial building with more than 100,000 square feet of Class A office space, roughly 7,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, a public art installation, and a green space with nature trails.
Cenovus Energy, an integrated oil and natural gas company with a Dublin presence since 2009, will anchor the office building's third and fourth floors as its new U.S. regional headquarters. The company has doubled its local workforce over the past three years and outgrown its current Tuttle Crossing-area location, according to a May 2026 report in The Business Journals. Cenovus has approximately 1,600 U.S. employees.
"Bridge Park was just a no-brainer," Juli LeClair, Cenovus's manager of U.S. regional communications, said in a May 2026 Business Journals feature announcing the move. "The vibrancy, the amenities, being surrounded by well-known brands all align perfectly with where we're headed as a company."
What's next
Crawford Hoying's long-term plan calls for a second condo building on J Block, though no timeline has been set. That portion of the site is currently occupied by a COTA Park-and-Ride lot. The broader Bridge Park district, which encompasses roughly 750 residential units and about 456,000 square feet of office space as of mid-2025, is expected to keep expanding for another five to seven years.
