Dublin families with college-bound students can explore postsecondary options and get help navigating financial aid at a free fair Wednesday, Sept. 30.
Dublin City Schools' College & Postsecondary Options Fair begins at 6 p.m. in the Commons area near the Performing Arts Center at Dublin Scioto High School, the district announced on Facebook. The fair covers colleges, career paths and other opportunities after graduation.
A presentation on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) follows immediately after the fair. The FAFSA is the form families use to apply for federal grants, loans and other college financial assistance.
The district's DCS Pathways program is organizing the event. Students at all three Dublin high schools, Dublin Coffman, Dublin Jerome and Dublin Scioto, can benefit.
The district has not published a list of colleges or exhibitors expected at the fair. No registration or RSVP appears to be required.
