Dublin City Council approved a $150,000 incentive package on Aug. 24 aimed at growing InnoSource's local workforce to more than 100 positions by 2031.
The deal, which passed after a second reading, commits the Dublin-headquartered workforce solutions company to increasing its headcount by 30 percent before Dec. 31, 2031. Based on InnoSource's payroll projections, the agreement is expected to generate roughly $846,000 in new income tax withholding revenue for the city over five years, according to the city's announcement.
That works out to about $5.64 in projected new tax revenue for every $1 the city pays out.
What the deal includes
The incentive has two parts: a five-year, 10% performance incentive on income tax withholdings collected from InnoSource employees during calendar years 2027 through 2031, capped at $100,000, plus a $50,000 retention grant to support facility renovations tied to the company's expansion.
Both the grant and the performance incentive are contingent on InnoSource signing a lease of at least seven years and occupying a facility within Dublin city limits.
"This investment represents the next chapter for InnoSource and gives us a headquarters designed to support our growth, attract great people and continue expanding the value we deliver to our clients," CEO Chad Delligatti said.
Part of a pattern
The approval is the latest in a string of employer-retention deals Dublin has struck in 2026. In May, council approved a similar agreement with Ruscilli Construction that included a $50,000 location grant and a performance incentive capped at $185,000, in exchange for retaining 120 jobs and adding 26 new positions by 2032.
Economic Development Administrator Jenna Goehring said InnoSource's decision to stay and expand "is a great example of an established employer continuing to invest in its future here."
As we reported Aug. 13, the proposal first came before council earlier this month. The company is relocating within Dublin, not leaving the city.
The specific address of InnoSource's new facility has not been disclosed. The next milestone under the agreement is the Dec. 31, 2031, deadline for the company to reach its headcount target of more than 100 Dublin positions.
