Dublin voters in several precincts will find new polling locations for the Nov. 3 general election. Those who don't check before they vote could end up at the wrong site.

Dublin precinct 3 will now vote at Glacier Ridge Elementary, along with Jerome Township precincts 3, 6, 8 and 9. Dublin City precincts 1 and 2 move to Radiant Life Church, which will also serve Jerome Township precincts 4 and 10, according to Marysville Matters, citing Union County Board of Elections information.

No previous polling sites for those precincts appear in available Board of Elections records.

The registration deadline to vote or update an address is Monday, Oct. 5. Early in-person voting and absentee voting by mail begin Tuesday, Oct. 6.

Voters can confirm their assigned polling location through the Union County Board of Elections website.

Poll workers needed

The Board of Elections is also recruiting paid poll workers. Training is provided.

Brandon Clay, the board's executive director, said in early September that the office has an especially urgent need for Democratic poll workers in the Jerome, Plain City and Dublin areas. "We could definitely use some help," Clay told Marysville Matters on Sept. 3.

Residents interested in working the polls can call the Board of Elections at 937-642-2836.
