Lindsay Sullivan will lead Dublin Coffman's girls lacrosse program, the school's athletic department announced Tuesday, Aug. 4, pending Dublin City Schools Board of Education approval.

Sullivan replaces Ericka Rogers, who is listed as the current varsity head coach on the Coffman Athletics website.

The school has not disclosed the reason for the coaching change.

The hire positions Sullivan to take the reins ahead of the 2027 spring season. The Dublin City Schools Board of Education is scheduled to meet Aug. 10, at 6 p.m. at the Emerald Campus, 5175 Emerald Pkwy, according to the district calendar. That meeting is the next opportunity for the board to formally approve the appointment.

Recent postseason history

Sullivan inherits a program with recent playoff experience. Dublin Coffman reached the OHSAA Regional Semi-Finals in 2023 and 2024, then appeared in the District Finals in 2025, according to Xavier University's announcement of its 2026 signing class in December 2025 for former Shamrock attacker Reese Halli.

Halli, a four-year varsity letter winner who tallied 125 goals and 69 assists with a .540 draw win percentage, signed with Xavier after earning First Team All-OCC and Second Team All-Region honors in 2025. She graduated in 2026.
