InnoSource, the staffing firm founded in 1999 and headquartered on Blazer Parkway, is asking Dublin for up to $150,000 in incentives to move to a new office within the city and add 24 jobs.

The proposal, introduced at the Aug. 10 Dublin City Council meeting, would give InnoSource a five-year, 10% performance incentive on income taxes generated by its employees, capped at $100,000. The package also includes a $50,000 grant, according to Columbus Business First.

InnoSource currently employs 80 people at 5600 Blazer Pkwy., Suite 200. The expansion would bring its Dublin workforce to 104.

The deal makes InnoSource the third employer in recent weeks to strike an incentive agreement with the city. Dublin approved up to $510,000 for Northwest Bank to move its headquarters from Columbus, and council backed a separate package for Danforth to add 100 jobs. Unlike those deals, InnoSource is already a Dublin employer choosing to stay and grow locally rather than relocating from another city.

The company describes itself as a human resource, staffing and data agency serving Fortune 500 clients from offices in nine cities, including Cleveland, Phoenix, Dallas and Tampa. Its Dublin office serves as corporate headquarters. CFO Stephen Smith was featured on the cover of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce's July/August 2026 newsletter, and the firm recently sponsored the 2026 Dublin Chamber Golf Classic.

Economic Development Director Jeremiah Gracia said in a June 23 press release that Dublin "continues to stand out as one of the region's most active and attractive business destinations." The city represented 15% of all Central Ohio leasing volume in the first quarter of 2026, according to Dublin's Economic Development department.

The incentive ordinance received its first reading Aug. 10. A second reading and vote are expected at the next regular council meeting, likely Aug. 24. The new office location has not been publicly disclosed.
