Two Dublin firms landed on Columbus Business First's 2026 Best Places to Work list, the city announced Wednesday, Sept. 23.

Keeler & Nadler Family Wealth, a financial advisory firm at 565 Metro Place South, earned a spot on the annual list. So did Brixey and Meyer, a regional accounting and consulting firm with a Dublin office at 485 Metro Place South. The City of Dublin congratulated both companies on X, calling them examples of exceptional workplace culture.

The award is based on private surveys of each company's own employees, according to a Keeler & Nadler LinkedIn post about the recognition. A celebration event for all winners took place at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Andy Keeler, a certified financial planner, co-founded Keeler & Nadler in Dublin in 2009 with Richard Nadler. Nadler has since retired. The firm offers investment management, retirement planning, estate planning and tax services, and has between 11 and 50 employees. In its LinkedIn post, the firm said it was thrilled to add the award to its office display.

Brixey and Meyer has deeper history with the honor. The firm describes itself as an 11-time Best Places to Work winner on its LinkedIn profile, though it is unclear whether all 11 wins came through Columbus Business First specifically. David S. Brixey and Douglas L. Meyer, both certified public accountants, founded the firm in 2002. It now has 51 to 200 employees, 10 partners and 37 CPAs across offices in Dublin, Dayton, Cincinnati and Tampa.

The firm confirmed the recognition on its Facebook page, posting Sept. 23 that the team had celebrated the day before.

Both firms sit on Metro Place South. That corridor is part of a Dublin business community with more than 4,300 companies and over 20 corporate headquarters, according to the city's economic development office. Dublin accounted for 15% of all Central Ohio leasing volume in the first quarter of 2026.
