What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
Ronan said he ran for chair of the Democratic National Committee in 2017 and founded Our Voice, which developed the hello Voter App. He wrote that he never compromised his values for a payout and added: "If I have a great accomplishment it is that I am regular citizen, who has served their country with honor, and integrity, with the intention of holding every corrupt official in DC accountable!"
What are the critical differences between you and other candidates?
Ronan said neither of his opponents supports ending lobbying bodies such as AIPAC, universal health care, mandatory profit sharing with workers, women's bodily autonomy, trans rights, honoring treaties with Indigenous tribes, green energy or a "dramatic reduction in police forces, incarceration rates (we are the global leader per capita), and subsequent investment in social programs, and Education."
Health care:
"Making it a public service, as it was prior to the Health Maintenance Organization Act of 1973. All healthcare, including vision, dental and mental healthcare should be free and accessible to all citizens and persons visiting America."
Federal spending, taxes and debt:
"Close every and all loopholes that the wealthy and corporations currently enjoy. Criminally prosecute violations instead of fining them. Dramatically lower the tax rate of the earners making less than $100,000/year, and raise the tax rates on the highest earners up to and including 100% per bracket …"
Top priority:
Ronan listed what he called the most threatening issues facing the nation: Israeli influence over elected officials, corruption of the executive branch and a lack of safeguards to prevent erosion of the separation of powers. He wrote: "If we don't address these issues, nevermind 2 years, we will not have a Democracy in any sense of the word."
