ViaQuest, the behavioral and mental health services company headquartered in Dublin since 1999, is bringing 24/7 residential support to Lafayette, Indiana, as part of a growth push that has added more than 300 jobs across its operations in the past year.

CEO Emily Stickley announced the expansion on Aug. 5, saying the company has opened an administrative office at 3721 Rome Drive in Lafayette to serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Tippecanoe County.

The company is hiring.

"We are excited to expand into the Lafayette area, continuing to change the lives of the people in our care, invest in the communities we serve, and in the people who meet the needs of the people in our care every single day," Stickley said in the company's announcement.

The new services, delivered through the Indiana Medicaid Waiver program, include round-the-clock residential support in independent homes, respite care, personal care assistance and therapeutic services from behavior consultants and music therapists. ViaQuest partners with families, caregivers, case managers and medical professionals to coordinate what the company calls person-centered care.

ViaQuest now employs more than 4,000 people and serves more than 20,000 individuals and families across Ohio and Indiana. The Lafayette expansion builds on ViaQuest's 2022 acquisition of Indianapolis-based Insights, which brought 400 staff and support for more than 1,200 people throughout Indiana under the ViaQuest Community Solutions banner.

Stickley, a 19-year company veteran, was named CEO on July 13, succeeding founder Rich Johnson. Anne Davis serves as vice president of Community Solutions in Indiana, overseeing the Lafayette rollout.

Davis said the move into Lafayette reflects trust that Indiana families have placed in ViaQuest's workforce and care model.
